A General Service is the essential six‑month check‑up to keep your bike safe, smooth, and reliable. Every bike gets a full wash and drivetrain degrease, followed by careful inspection and adjustment across all major systems.

What’s included:

• Wash & Drivetrain: full bike wash, degrease chain and cassette.
• Gears: adjust shifting — from fine tweaks to full derailleur reset — and straighten the derailleur hanger if needed.
• Wheels: check bearings, tyre wear, spoke tension, and true wheels.
• Suspension: inspect forks and shocks for play or wear.
• Frame & headset: check bolts, headset play, and grease seat post.
• Brakes: inspect pads, cables, and rotors; adjust or replace as required (parts extra).

Important notes:

We do not service “supermarket” bikes (Cyclone, Totem, Peerless, etc.).
Tandems attract a 50% surcharge.
Trikes, recumbents, and specials are priced by arrangement.
